Terms and Conditions
Booking Date – Wedding Day/ Formal/ Special Occasion
• All Prices quoted are GST inclusive
• The date that services are required regardless of type (i.e. Wedding Day/ Formal/ Special Occasion) is referred to as the BOOKING DATE
• Once you have been contacted to discuss your requirements, a QUOTED PRICE will be sent to you via email for your acceptance, this does not secure your BOOKING DATE (see below)
• A Deposit Payment and Confirmation Email, with payment details of the deposit, is required to secure your BOOKING DATE and your QUOTED PRICE
• Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferrable
• Remainder of balance is required to be paid 14 days prior to BOOKING DATE.
• False Lashes (individual or cluster lashes only) are complimentary with all of our makeup services. The use of false lashes is however optional for each client.
• Hair enhancers such as hair sponges, hair padding and extensions are available for order and purchase. Please contact us to arrange at least two (2) weeks prior to BOOKING DATE
• Touch up products such as Lipsticks/gloss’s, blot powders and mini hairsprays are available for purchase, both prior to and on the day, of the BOOKING DATE.
• The addition of services requested (i.e. not listed in the QUOTED Price) will be charged at the same per person rate as those services listed on your QUOTED PRICE.
• ANY additional services requested or PRODUCTS REQUIRED (i.e. not listed in the QUOTED PRICE) will be paid in full with Cash Payment only on the day of service.
TRAVEL, PARKING and OTHER FEES
• Outside Brisbane metro areas incur a travel fee based on a per kilometer rate. No callout fees are charged for bookings held within the Brisbane metro area.
• On-site Hotel parking is required due to the amount of equipment we carry with us.
• Hotel parking costs may apply. Please confirm with your accommodation provider of any parking costs/parking arrangements and advise Brush & Blush ASAP of any complimentary hotel parking arrangements to avoid being charged twice.
• The MINIMUM total charge for mobile wedding services (Saturday & Sunday) is $550
• An Additional stylist fee of $55 may apply (for wedding parties of 3+ adults requiring BOTH hair & makeup services)
• Early morning starts will incur a fee of $ 35 per stylist
• Cancellation of part or full services, as listed on the original QUOTED PRICE, 60 days or less prior to the BOOKING DATE will incur a cancellation fee of 50% quoted service cost.
• Cancellation of part or full services, as listed on the original QUOTED PRICE, 30 days or less prior to the BOOKING DATE will incur a cancellation fee of 100% quoted service cost
